OCAC Fibers Department Head Jiseon Lee Isbara and Metals/Foundations Faculty Heidi Schwegler are participating in Connecting…, an exhibition that explores the many facets of connection, from the anticipatory space we inhabit as we wait to connect, to the different modes of building connections in the real and virtual worlds. The show runs September 1-October 22, 2011 with an opening reception on September 1 from 6-8:30pm at Chambers@916 Gallery, located at 916 NW Flanders in Portland.  Connecting… includes work by Blakely Dadson, Sang-ah Choi, Jiseon Lee Isabara, Heidi Schwegler, Eva Speer, Bernard Steffin, and Aaron Yassin.
