The Maryland Institute College of Art is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for the 2009 sessions of the Alfred & Trafford Klots Artist Residency Program at the Château in the village of Rochefort-en-Terre in Brittany, France.

The dates of the three four-week sessions in 2009 are:

Sunday, May 17 to Saturday, June 13

Sunday, June 14 to Saturday, July 11

Sunday, July 12 to Saturday, August 8

Competitive residencies are open to artists working in any media and to writers.  More information is available at http://www.mica.edu/rochefortresidency. The residency application deadline is January 9, 2009.
