1. The sidewalks and entry concrete at Barnes Rd. and Leahy are now complete along with all paving work excepting a samll amount at the main entry.

2.  The LEED consultant has started the documentation process to make the proposal application for “silver” level.  It will take until the end of 2010 to receive the final certification.

3.  Landscape plantings continue to be installed at the main entry and lower parking areas

4.  Concrete walks and stairs are poured att he upper courtyard and area between the Centrum Bldg and the DPP Bldg.

5. The concrete stairs between the DPP Bldg. and the Thesis Bldg. are now poured.

6.  PGE has connected power to the electrical service in the DPP Bldg.

7.  Glass panels have been set at 95% of the exterior storefront glass locations of the DPP Bldg.

8.  Electrical, HVAC and low voltage wiring is complete at the Thesis Bldg. and continues in the DPP Bldg.

9.  The fire Alram permit has been issued by Washington County

10.  Pavers have been delivered to the site and are ready to be inscribed for donors.
