Post-Baccalaureate Students Come “UNDONE” in a Process Oriented Gallery Show

Oregon College of Art and Craft Post-Baccalaureate Students Come “UNDONE” in a Process Oriented Gallery Show at Disjecta in Portland, Oregon

January 31st 2009 6-9pm. This New Year Portland’s Oregon College of Art and Craft Post-bac students will be coming down from the West hills and bringing their processes to Undone at Disjecta in the North East. Artists include Johanna Keefe, Matthew D Wicks, Kimo Nelson, Molly Purnell, Jacie Friedkin, Betany Porter, Soraya Sayani, Pat Krishnamurthy, and Suzanne Lussier.

These artists have all received Bachelor’s degrees from other institutions and have come to OCAC to further examine their own fields in an art and craft environment. This exhibition will mark the explorations and processes that are so important in this degree’s re-investigation of art and learning.  The show has been organized by Karl Burkheimer and Jenene Nagy. The exhibition will also be open from 12pm-6pm on Sunday 2/1, Thursday 2/5-Sunday 2/8, and Thursday 2/12-Saturday 2/14.
